The "Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief National Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel - New York ("Sponsors"). The Sweepstakes begins February 8, 2010 at 5 a.m. EST and ends February 12, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Entry Period").
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal United States residents, 13 years of age or older, except to employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of Sponsors, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and promotion partners. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Guests of winners must be 18 years or older, unless one Guest is the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, one Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of winner.
2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet at the following website: http://www.percyjacksonthemovie.com/sweepstakes . Participating television and radio stations promoting the Sweepstakes include: WNYW / WWOR New York, KTTV / KCOP Los Angeles, WFLD / WPWR Chicago,WTXF Philadelphia, KDFW / KDFI Dallas, WFXT Boston, WAGA Atlanta, WTTG / WDCA Wash, DC, KRIV / KTXH Houston, WJBK Detroit, KSAZ / KUTP Phoenix, WTVT Tampa, KMSP / WFTC Minneapolis, WOFL / WRBW Orlando, WOGX Gainesville, WUTB Baltimore, WHBQ Memphis, and KTBC Austin (collectively, "Station Participants"). You will be required to provide your name, telephone number, address, email address and date of birth to enter the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winners will be selected randomly from among all Sweepstakes entrants by Sponsors on or about February 17, 2010. Sponsors' decisions are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or phone on/about February 23, 2010. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during one (1) day from the date of the Sweepstakes drawing, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
4. PRIZE:
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner and his/her three (3) guests will receive round-trip airfare for four (4) to New York City from the major airport nearest to winner's residence, and accommodations for two (2) nights (two standard rooms; double occupancy) at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companions, including without limitation, federal and state taxes, ground transportation, food and beverages. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel on the dates specified by Sponsors. Travel and lodging are subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is a resident of New York State, airfare will not be provided as part of the prize. Approximate prize value: $4,700.00. Prize value is subject to location of winner and fares in effect at the time of departure.
No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable.

5. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and any local taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sponsors, Station Participants, their officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for, (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or usage of the prize; or (iii) printing, distribution or production errors. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsors and their agencies to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation Internet, unless prohibited by law. Winner (or if winner is a minor, winner's parent/legal guardian) and winner's guests will be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner, and an alternate winner may be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsors at its sole discretion reserve the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

DISCLAIMERS: Sponsors, Station Participants, their officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, postage-due, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from Sweepstakes.
